Aacer Flooring recently attended the 3rd annual Rising Coaches Elite conference in Las Vegas this past week. Rising Coaches Elite is an organization that was created for college coaches by college coaches and is aimed at fostering a community among college basketball coaches and associated support staff to help grow, improve and advance in their profession. Aacer Flooring was proud to be a sponsor of the event which included over 75 attendees from DI-DIII college basketball programs across the nation. The conference also included several DI Head coaches and speakers including Larry Brown from SMU and Matt Painter from Purdue. There was a lot of excitement at the event and it provided a great networking experience with video assistants, basketball operations managers, graduate assistants, assistant coaches, and head coaches and was a great opportunity to meet many of the new faces that are quickly moving their way up through the collegiate coaching ranks.
