Floating: |
Floating systems rest freely without anchorage to a concrete substrate. Different designs of pad and subfloor combinations provide varying levels of shock absorption. Subfloor components and various resilient pads influence these system's key benefits in shock absorption and flexibility, however, they typically do not provide the stability of fixed resilient systems.
|
Fixed: |
Fixed floor systems are mechanically fastened either drilled and pined or pneumatically shot down to the concrete substrate, providing a stable subfloor system. These systems offer outstanding buckle resistance to moisture, but provide minimal resilience / shock absorption to the athlete.
|
Fixed Resilient: |
Having features of both floating and fixed systems, fixed resilient systems provide the environmental stability benefits of anchored subfloors and the resiliency of floating systems. Our wide array of fixed resilient floors lets you choose one that truly meets your needs.
|
Area Elastic: |
Resilient subfloor system that deforms over a wide area.
|
Point Elastic: |
Resilient floor that deforms directly under the point of compression.
|
Combi: |
Point-elastic system over an area-elastic subfloor. The best of both systems.
